  My Journey to Becoming a Full-Stack Web Developer in 2024! 🥳

  In January 2023, my coding journey began with an online bootcamp, armed with little knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript functions. However, after two months, I found the bootcamp lacking in instruction and communication, leading to a frustrating experience, BUT undeterred, my passion for web development motivated me to pivot towards self-learning!

   I explored various resources such as Udemy, YouTube, and coding apps, seeking knowledge and skills independently. Networking became a crucial aspect of my learning journey as I connected with tech enthusiasts on GitHub, LinkedIn, and social media. Throughout 2023, I worked on several projects, including a webpage showcasing my Dad’s remarkable intarsia projects, a JavaScript game, and a collection of “unfinished” projects in my coding sandbox. Despite these achievements, imposter syndrome crept in! 😱

   Determined to boost my confidence and create a standout project for job applications, I embarked on the creation of “Johnny 5,” my MERN Stack ChatGPT. This project encompassed a functional frontend and backend, complete with API keys. 🤩

   As I near the completion of this project, I plan to share insights into the obstacles I faced and conquered. While I acknowledge that growth and learning are perpetual, I am proud to declare myself a Full-Stack Web Developer, moving beyond the “In Progress” stage. 🥰

  My next milestone involves applying for entry-level Full Stack Web Development positions, and I invite you to stay tuned for updates on my coding journey.
